Processing Time

• All items are made to order. Production times vary based on order volume and customization but typically take 5-10 business days before shipping.
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to check availability.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the carrier and destination:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (not available for all locations)

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and do not include production time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and chosen shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders over a certain amount—check our website for promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• Lost or delayed shipments: If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please check the tracking status first. If the carrier has lost the package, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.
• Stolen packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as "Delivered." If package theft is a concern, consider selecting a shipping option with signature confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
