At Sweet Lou's Embroidery & Vinyl Creations, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products just for you! Because each item is personalized, we have specific guidelines for returns, exchanges, and order issues. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Please double-check all spelling, design choices, and sizing before completing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we are happy to make it right! To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- If the error is on our end, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Cancellations & Order Changes
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
- Changes: If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.
Sizing & Design Errors
We are not responsible for sizing issues if the size ordered matches the product received. Please refer to our size charts before ordering. Likewise, all custom text, colors, and design approvals are final, and we are not responsible for errors in customer-provided details.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items that cannot be replaced. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
