How do I place a custom order?

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

For custom orders, we provide digital proofs upon request. Once approved, production begins, and changes cannot be made.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, production begins, and modifications may not be possible.

How do I choose the right size?

We provide size charts for all apparel items. Please review these before ordering, as we do not accept returns for sizing issues.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Production time is typically 5-10 business days, plus shipping time. Expedited shipping is available at checkout.

Do you offer rush orders?

Yes! Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue, and we will replace it at no cost.

Care Instructions

How should I care for my embroidered or vinyl items?

  • Embroidery: Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, or hang to dry. Avoid direct ironing on embroidery.
  • Vinyl: Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the vinyl design.
